First, are ytou sure, not that I doubt your hypothesis, but this is a major
defision, lots of $$$$$.  I told Wyls to consuklt you specifically since you
have thew techincal expertise to advise us on thew integrity of the boat
given its problems??,  it was cleasred by the insurance company/litigation
about july, 2003 and is still available
