Russ &/or Will?

I tried to answer your question as I understood it, "Did exposure to an oil
spill damage the FRP composite hull or the epoxy barrier coat?"  My data
indicates that damage from this source was very unlikely.  However, there
are many other ways the boat might have been damaged.  If in doubt, before
spending the money, have the boat surveyed.
