Fred:
	There are other 'Fred's" on the list.  Most on this list are
owners of R22's, but there are several owners of 19's and other Rhodes
designs.  I expect others will reply to your inquiry over the next days
and weeks.
	Since we moved onto this list, the site keeper, Michael Meltzer,
has kept an archive of old emails.  So one thing for you to do is peruse
the old emails.  Unfortunately, people change subjects without changing
the subject line very often.  So, don't rely on the subject line.
	Also, there is a related WEB site by Tom Evans which maintains a
history of frequently asked questions (FAQ):

You might help us better respond to your questions by telling us where
you are and where you plan to sail.  There are folks who monitor this
list from Oregon to Florida to Texas to Maine.....
