[Rhodes22-list] so how where the 26rc?

it is a Jewish boat, at 8 days old it needed a little taken off the tip, The boat has 3 feet infrount of the bow chain plate(2.5
feet for the bow sprit plus 6 inchs more for rail), the area is only used for a anchor roller but gave the boat 29 feet overall, my
dock space is limited to 27.5,  so I told pay 36 dollars a foot for new docks, great location, full services and armed around the
clock security. Or have a 29 foot boatat 120 dollars a foot(that 3400 a year plus they will upcharge to a bigger slip size), not a
nice, more of a drive and omly people around during norminal hours. what would you do?
