[Rhodes22-list] Bottom paint again

not sure it the same stuff, but Stan try a water based paint on me one year, made for an easily job, the only problem is the stuff
acted like fertilizer, after 5 months had 6 inch growth and millions of eyeballs stairing at me when the boat was hauled. seemed
worse than nothing at all.
