Slim:
Ahh, memories.Red McCombs is the archetypical car salesman. Gouged me for
my first truck, a 1968 (well used) Ford stepside pickup, wooden bed, that
was used in the oil fields, I bought the beast in 1971 or 72 for something
like 500 bucks. I lived in San Antonio at the time, where his dealership
still exists. In those days, minimum wage was 1.10/hr. Took me about two
years to pay off. Sorry he's the Vikings owner, bad representation of Tejas.

Sailing has been good here, highs are back in the lower to mid 80's after a
brief cold spell (50's, brrrrrr.....). Planning another up the coast trip
(I think Corpus if the wx. holds out) all next week for t'giving.
