Ed,

It never ceases to amaze me how people will let their
partisan politics get in the way of supporting their
own country's troops.  Vietnam hangover, I guess. 
Anyway, there was a lot of good news from Iraq in the
last two weeks, but you have to go beyond the MSM and
their adgenda to find most of it.  I don't waste my
time rebutting the naysayers anymore, I'm just glad
they weren't around this time of year in 1944.  We
were up against some "tough sledding" in both Europe
and the Pacific and to hear them tell it, I sure they
would say "we're doomed.
