Michael, Thanks I will add a little more emphasis on the reponsibilities of 
the skipper and definately the "Report any thing you broke".  I am very 
familiar with the responsibility of the skipper.  It is the same with 
pilots.  If you ever saw accident reports they always start out Pilot error, 
contributing factor "Wing fell off".
