Lou, I am in St. Louis. I have considered "for profit" production before.
Soon as I become a For Profit business I will be a customer. I have most of
the red ink covered and next year looks promising. Odyssey Sailing's 04
season ended with enough working capital to carry me thru the non-working
season. I have honestly thought of borrowing a camera and filming a few
manuvers and then buying the digital editing software. The total expense,
not including time, would be about 200 dollars and I am sure the result
would be about what you would expect from a $200 video. I am not shooting
down the idea but have a good idea of the cost of a professional job. Shoot
me a ballpark price, Do I get to pick the models? Heck we could do a "how
NOT to" sail. "Sailing Blonde" might just become a box office hit. opps I
went stream of concience again. Bob
