[Rhodes22-list] More Lacking Etiquette

I guess I am up again, what the heck I will be going thru this again in a
couple hours anyway. The Colgegs are set up to where one and only one
vessel is the stand on vessel who is responsible to maintain speed and
direction and one vessel is the give way who is responsible to alter speed
or direction so as to avoid a collision. To exaggerate you move is a good
idea, etiquette, so the other vessel knows your intentions. Anne did not
provide enough info as to whether she was the stand on / or give way. Bob
