It is not a funding issue.  It an accountability
issue.  School are not teaching our kids.  And these
schools need to be shut down and merge with schools
that have teacher that are doing thier jobs.  Some of
the poorest schools in Arkansas do the best job of
teaching the kids.  Throwing tax money at a problem
never fixes anything.  Until teacher go back to
teaching; this country will have an education problem.
 There plenty of funding in our system.  Its the
teachers that need to go to work.  That is what will
fix the education problem.
