Of COURSE Bush "was elected". What do you mean. He won on the first
count, he won on the first recount, and the Supreme Court ruled that the
state of Florida must follow their laws as written. In what way did he
not get elected?

Of course as expected, you would blame Kerry but Bush has his 500 or so
lawyers too.  Let's not forget that Bush was NOT elected in the first
place.
