[Rhodes22-list] Your post about the Rhodes tt

Bary,

We were all attempting a little humor. In GB's 45 year history we know of
only three boards that left home and know that two of these were do to
physical impact in reverse and suspect that the third was also do to outside
physical cause. Losing a centerboard on a Rhodes is a happier experience
than losing a bolted on keel (or keel centerboard) that can be found on some
competitive boats or of having a cable break on a swing keel boat - partly
because The Rhodes is one of the few (or maybe only one) that allows the cb
installation from inside the boat so it can be done with a boat on its
trailer instead of on a hoist; partly because the Rhodes sails so well
without its board - you can get home easily..

Relax you boat and board are good for 45 more years.

Bill, did your centerboard fall off of your Rhodes 22?
