[Rhodes22-list] Aerobed on Board

Chris,

Now that you've mentioned it, are there any inflatable dinghys that use
the same valve as the Aerobed? It doesn't seem to be a patented valve.
I don't need an inflatable that will do 95 miles an hour, and I won't be
carrying loads of coal, but if I could inflate a low pressure inflatable
dinghy in less than a minute that I could easily store in the lazarette
I probably would buy one--especially if it used the same air pump that
comes with the Aerobed.

Don't know if you noticed, but Bill Berner, who used to be on this list,
sent a letter to Practical Sailor recently about inexpensive inflatable
dinghys.
