Guys, especially Todd and Luis:
	All this discussion and these topics have been discussed before.  If
you are not familiar with www.epoxyworks.com, take time to peruse the site.
In particular see:  Making practical decisions when repairing machined holes

the Gospel according to http://www.gougeon.com/.  These are the guys who
market West Epoxy Systems.  Unfortunately and importantly, you must do this
stuff in a warm environment.  Do not attempt outside in winter.  Also,
subscribe to Epoxyworks.  It is free.  It comes about once a year.
