Agreed, but with mods...  Send a violator to a member as far north as possible, in January or February.  It would be more than fair to give them some grog (Mt Gay) before they are shoved overboard.

I think we should start using torture techniques on people that break  
confidence. Perhaps dragging behind a boat under sail for a couple of hundred  yards 
per incident should make them see the error in their ways. You just can't  
trust some people.
What made you think you could trust someone with a name like Kroposki? Ed  is 
a known list rule breaker.
