If I through-bolt the forward holes of the lower pintle, the top of the rudder hits the bolt, and won't swing. How is this supposed to work? If each side is supposed to be individually bolted, the bolts fell out a long long time ago. How long should they be? Nuts outside? No comments. Bill Effros
