Ed,

I'm more familiar with the temperature/cure time relationships for epoxy
than for polyester.  But, given the market niches polyester resins are
usually used in, I would guess 50 deg F is probably about as low as you
would want to go and still hope to get a good thorough cure in any
reasonable time period.
