The old style adjustable clutch plate does and has worked very well over the
years according to all the owners who have it.  Those who find it does not work
well are using it incorrectly.  We went to the new system at the request of some
new buyers.  The reports have been the same:  For most owners with the new system
it also works fine.  For those using it incorrectly it does not.
