[Rhodes22-list] Rudder Clutch 4

Rummy,

I had the clutch but I wasn't using it right. I didn't know I had to wrap
the line around the bolt and back down, so of course it always slipped. So
I replaced it with a little cam cleat (horn cleat?) like the one on the
other (up-haul) rudder line. It works great, but I have to be aware of
grounding and let it go if we're in the shallows. But I installed it with
very tiny screws so if I hit bottom, it'll break away. And I have a spare
waiting when that day comes. So far, three years hassle-free.
