Hello Rhodies,

I haven't seen a Chapman's since I was a Sea Scout in the late '60s in northern New Jersey.  Even back then it was considered to be the "Bible" of seamanship.    

Since there may be others, like me, who don't own a Chapman's, I just want to report that www.alibris.com has a pretty good supply of the 1999 version (59th ed, I think) at $12.95.  I just ordered mine!
