Just had a call from Alex Bell. Apparently they had a nor easter come in  

today and the water level rose more than three feet in a very short  period
of 

time. They had 8 inches of water in their shop which meant they  spent the
day 

getting everything up as high as possible. I suppose Saturday and  Sunday
will 

be spent cleaning the water out of the building.
