[Rhodes22-list] Dual Axle Maneuverability

BTW--With regard to Dual Axle Maneuverability, try deflating 2 tires 
(one on either side of one axle) for increased mobility in garage or 
driveway.  If that doesn't work, temporarily remove those 2 wheels.
