That was silly thing for him to do. Networking is one of the best way to get a job(not to mention the commapny saves the 20-33% 
headhunting fee, which can be the desiding factor). Sorry to hear that. Must be the 20 years at DOW thing. I not above using the 
temple, yatchclub and the "network" when looking. Sorry this happened you did a good thing. -mjm
