Rummy,
I was sailing Fri. and Sat. on Lake Walter F. George on the Alabama Georgia border. The weather was great enought for just shorts and Tshirt. A few sailboats and several fishing boats were on the water, but no jet skis or large power boats making a lot of noise and wakes. 
Seemed like a more relaxed, friendly and polite bunch than some of those on the lake in the summer.
