Brad,
I don't know the source of the following, but it ties in very well with
your comments.

I watched on Dateline last night as some of the 20,000 people at the civic
center in New Orleans lamented that there was no one in charge, no
government authority there to organize.

20,000 people and not one minister to say remain calm, be civil, let's pray?

Not one man strong enough to say let's form a perimeter?

20,000 people and not one person with health care experience to say
move the weakest
people here?

Not one business owner in a crowd of 20,000 who had the courage to say let's
put together a group to search for supplies.

Not one teacher in the crowd with an idea as to how to keep the
children occupied?

Not one person who knew how to boil water?

20,000 people ... but there was no one there to solve their problem for them
so they descend into anarchy. They blame others because of their
color. They make
excuses because they believe they are oppressed. They are not responsible
.... because they are not responsible.
