          The problem with your friend, the district attorney in Texas is he
ain't any Spitzer.  That is he does not have the record of accomplishment of
your namesake in New York.  I understand that scorecard you spoke of is a
big zero in jail.  If you want a conviction, your last name has to be
Spitzer.
