I did not write this, but what they are trying to say
that out of 100 physician the accidental death rate is
17.14 people, or put anotherway one accidental 
death per year per 6 physician, on average.

That say this is a old stat joke of the man who drowed
in 6 inch avage water, the punch line is one inch for
100s of square miles and a few sqare miles of 100 foot
deepth. -mjm
