Rummy,
   thanks - I will look to see if I have cleats over the stern.  I have 
some small 4" speakers
in the coaming compartments, but I have always wanted bigger speakers 
for a richer sound.
When I was poking around in the side coamings I was thinking about 
mounting some big
speakers in the coaming pointed down so that the coaming sort of acts 
like a big speaker cabinet.
