[Rhodes22-list] Rum involved in all boating accidents.

R, I didn't mean to pick on Rum.  Heck I make a living selling beer.  Most 
of the fatalities are a result of alcohol, inexperience or both.  The type 
of alcohol makes no difference just the consumer.  BW
