[Rhodes22-list] Wash., DC marinas

I have used the "ramp" at the Wash Sailing Marina.  
It is gravel and shallow, but useable.  If you 
happen to be launching there, bear left as you 
enter the water -- it's a bit better that way.  
I paid $10 each time I launched there.  As far as 
parking overnight is concerned -- I had a devil 
of a time tacking up the Potomac one evening 
against wind AND tide, and got back after dark.  
No problem.  Perhaps no one would notice if you 
happened to return the next day...  Check with
the locals.
