Mary Lou,

  You are absolutely correct. Thanks.

  Elle,
While electric start is a good thing you might want to
experiment with pull start on whatever motor you end up
with. I am also very short and not particularly strong. I
have learned that technique and experience can make up for
strength and length of pull. On our Honda a gentle pull
until you feel resistance and then a short quick pull
usually do the trick. I'm not very good at the quick part
but I can usually start it after a couple of tries. I
would have been happier if our Honda had been available
with electric start as Fred does start it more easily than
I do but I do practice several times a summer just to make
sure I could start it if I had to.

Best,
Mary Lou
