Just a guess, around 15#.  With ripstop sides a package the size of a plastic sack from Kroger plus the 3 poles, Sunbrella attached, 6' long that you can easily put your hand around.  It snugs up on a side of the vberth when not in use.  Not awkward to transport, if you need.  I commented earlier on cost - apparently the BR for the Mac can be had for about $6K.  Can you imagine?
