Hank,

The 'Big O' lost credibility with me when she was
wailing at the Superdome about the atrocities that
were happening inside (which didn't happen) but then
she didn't have any credibility to begin with. I'd
still marry her for her money however!

I'm heading to the Gulf this morning right after my
simulator event. The Benevolent Carpetbaggers need a
welder and I just purchased a new Hobart 20hp Kohler
powered unit to deliver today. I listen to Ole Hank,
somewhere around channel 16 a good bit. Driving
through middle and southern Mississippi its either XM
or listen to the obituaries on local FM.

The beauty of the combination of XM and GPS is the
real time map display of weather. That would be more
valuable to me on the boat than navigation and much
better information than is available on my 580,000
pound jet. We're strickly forbidden from carrying our
own GPS on board a commercial aircraft. You know that
warning they always give you about turning off all
electronic devices because they will interfere with
the navigation equipment, blah, blah, blah - its BS.
You could fire up a nuclear reactor and it wouldn't
affect the steam ship guages I fly with. But the
gubment says no! Go figure.
