I was thinking of it over the boom the tie down are to hold it down from
under side, I was a little conserved that the "bow" would make a good
airfoil and might lift it, the other issue without a stiff side frame it
will "roll" side to side just sitting on the boom, the tiedown will keep
it centered, lower the cheff issues and help with wind again(it would
"shought" to one side otherwise. -mjm
