Michael, it's too small a world.

I accepted a job in Seattle and am starting there 2/27, but will keep my
boat in LIS until July when I move the family. (Doing the 3,000 mile AA
commute for a few months...) We're flying out Tuesday night for a few days
of school visits and real estate tours, coming back on Monday 2/20. I can
give you some real-time info as you fly out, if you like. Ping me off list
at dwbrad at gmail.com if you want to compare notes.

If you just want to see the area I'd suggest a trip up the Space Needle.
You'll be the only guy up there zeroing in on marinas. I've been doing
research on Lake Washington vs. Puget Sound as a home for a new R-22, and
Puget Sound is coming up the clear winner in my book I've also been
collecting estimates on hauling a R-22 cross-country. Thank goodness for
corporate relos. The marinas on the sound are Elliot Bay and a few others.
The ferry to Bainbridge Island will give a taste of the Sound.
