[Rhodes22-list] Picnic 17 in Small Craft Advisor

In the new issue of SCA is an article by the owner of boat that he's fixed 
up. He was looking for help identifying it. I sent a note off to the 
magazine to forward to the writer identifying it as a Picnic 17. There are 
some pretty good pictures. It's on pages 14 and 15 of the Jul-Aug issue.
