Dave,

Yes, that's the way I do it when I'm not lazy.  When I'm lazy I just 
hang on a stern cleat.

What a delightful discussions about illegals.  No name calling, just 
differences of opinion, with many people taking sides different from 
what you might expect.  A healthy sign, if you ask me.
