Frankly, I see the Democrats relying on Big Government and growing it; however, having said that, the Republicans, in recent years have changed course to appease the liberals (who will not vote for them, no matter what) and have their own brand of government growth. I am a Libertarian. The Republicans are the only electable party that come closest to that philiosophy for now, so I identify with them. The interesting thing is the Founding Fathers would have been considered liberals!
My family live in Woodbridge, VA (until I can move them to Stafford or points south). I am stationed at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD but late of USCENTCOM after I was recalled. I discovered Stan and Elton at the St. Pete Boat Show and have been pining for a Rhodes22 ever since. I finally convinced my wife and wanted a recycled, but she insisted on new. I put my second deposit on a new boat so Stan can lay the hull last week. I am in the process of making arrangements to return to Edenton to pick up a loaner until the new boat is finished. It is a little complicated because I live in an association where the Polit-buro owns the land (convenents) and I can't park a boat there. They even got boats banned on the double-wide streets! Once I have the paperwork I can get the registration so I can get the boat on Ft. Belvoir. The Marina has a couple of shallow slips available and plenty of dry storage for the trailer (and boat if the slip is too shallow).
     Where is Deal, MD?

Philip
