[Rhodes22-list] CB Trunk & CB restoration info

Nuance makes a product for $79 that works very well.  It is also sold as 
part of PaprPort, so it's free if you buy PaprPort.  My guess is that 
list members would be willing to spot you the $79 if you would like to 
own this program.

Before that I used something else, but I'll have to look to figure out 
what it was.  I own several PDF converters, but the Nuance product (PDF 
Create or something like that) works best.
