George,

Interlux VC 17 works great in Lake Erie.  Scum and Zebra Mussels are our
problem and it keeps them both off for a couple years if you apply two
coats.  Very easy to roll on and just use rubbing alcohol to thin & clean
up.  Also, great for trailering since it can dry out without harm.
