[Rhodes22-list] Hunting

Wally,

I've tried rudder up and rudder down -- always centered. I still don't
know which one is better, although I think kids started whacking my
rudder at night when it was up, so last year I left it down. I haven't
yet decided about this year, since it's still in the basement.
