OOPS...made a mistake..(too many phone calls while I
was trying to write that...)

Let's try that last paragraph again...

I would average the 59" & the 47" & get 53" as the
measurement between the transom & the side stay . ,
altho the transom at 47" is obviously the lowest
point.....
