The houses are on Aquilla Road in Stamford. I am not sure of the spelling.
I'll have to find the lat/long.

Philip,

Everyone has a holding tank these days.

If you flush it with chlorinated tap water nothing starts to grow in the
tank, and the head will stay clean forever and will not smell. Stan can
plumb this in for you, and I may do this myself, but for now I just put
bottles of water taken from the sink in the boat and let people squirt
away to clean the bowl and then flush everything into the holding tank.

It is easy to explain to people who have never used a marine head, easy
to maintain, and always works perfectly. I keep the bottles on the
floor next to the head on a shelf that Stan build into the boat.

I sail off Stamford all the time. Give me Lat/Long coordinates and I'll
take a look.
