[Rhodes22-list] Lazarett Leakage Mystery

Rory, yes I also experience some water in the lazarett. Nothing more than a
few spongefuls. My boat is a 2006 model and you'd think the seal around the
laz lid would be water tight but I have always felt that this is where the
problem stems from. My boat sits on a mooring and after a soaking rain I'll
find this bit of water in there. If I'm washing down the boat and throw a
couple of buckets of rinse water onto the pop top lid I'll get a some
leakage into the cabin...although very little. I've never had more than a
spongeful or two in the bilge and usually it is bone dry. Dan
