The active jib sheet runs through the barber haul snatch block and back to 
the winch. Another line connects to the snatch block and connects to the 
fairlead on the inner track. With no tension applied to the barber hauler, the 
sheeting angle does not change. However as the barber hauler is tightened, the sheet 
is brought closer to the boat.
