I've read them, thanks. I will attack the problem this week-end. My primary goal has been to get it into the water. I finally have a slip at Quantico which is deep enough to sail at anytime, whereas, at Ft. Belvoir I had to wait for tides. That's ok if you're retired and can come and go when you want, but I have work and other commitments and had to give up too many sailing days.
Anyway, I think I am going to take Wally's advice and trash this porta-pottie and either buy a new one or do without.
