Rummy,

While I may agree with your dislike for the distinguished Prof Deming, if 
these items are indeed facts (Wikipedia info is contributed by individuals 
and is not verified, for the most part), your attempt to refute the premise 
of the article via the fallacy "Ad Hominem" is not acceptible.  Even if you 
are able to discredit the individual making the statement, you have not 
established a viable argument to refute the statement.

I am off to investigate the links from Ron Lipton.
