Regarding Brad's check, if you would help me out on this:
 
I understand .002+e(ipi) is equal to = .002 - 1.000 = -0.998
 
I understand that Sum 1 to inf of 1/2^n is equal to 1.  It’s a  geometric 
progression and the infinite summation is identically 1, not almost  1.
 
I think that arrow sign means “goes to” or evaluated.
 
So now we have -.998 -> +1.000   which doesn't make sense to  me.  How is  
-.998 evaluated  1?
 
What have I missed?  How does the guys statement make sense?
