1.  You are not signing your post.  You did such a good job on the motor
mount, surely you can pay attention to the details on the list.

2.  What part of the Chesapeake is that?  One of the newbies from upstate
New York will get lost trying to find that part.  Again, attention to
details.

3.  Get camera and rubber dingy and take picture of boat under sail on that
lake.  It will rival Chis's Lake Tahoe picture.  You know the place will all
the smoke these days.
